A word about the sale procedure. We have made the system work so that everyone has the same chance at an item. On the normal sale pages the first person to complete the shopping cart, gets the page. Speed is the key element. When we set up an auction, potential customers can take a week to make a bid. In this case the highest bid wins, not the earliest. These are two different methods of running the sale. They both seem fair to us.
